Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Attention Foundation ("we") is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. This policy explains what information we collect through attentionfoundation.org and how we use it.

What we collect

Browsing this website. We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Emailing us. If you email us, for example to request a workshop or free AI advising, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond and to arrange what you asked for.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our email service, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of others.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@attentionfoundation.org.

Do Not Track

Because we don't track visitors, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to turn off.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
